Buse graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Political Science and International Relations, completed her master’s degree at Marmara University, Department of International Business. She wrote a thesis about “The Cyprus Problem Kıbrıs in 1960 1974” in postgraduate I wrote a thesis about “Foreign İnvestments in the Media Sector”. During my internship at the Secretariat General for Economic Affairs of the EU, she experienced how commission meetings were conducted.
After 3 months of education at Boğazici University, Buse received the journalism certificate of the International Press Institute (IPI) association. I attended the BBC’s ”news story“ training.
Ms. Biçer started my career as an editor/anchor at a local TV channel in Sakarya, turkey in 1999. In addition to my experience as a reporter on channel 24, I also prepared and presented economy and news programs on 24 TV and TV7 (News 7).
In September 2009, she transferred to Habertürk TV. Buse prepared and presented “Analiz Sentez” and “Ekonomide Görünüm” programs in Habertürk TV in that programs we are talk about market and the real economy. At the same time; I prepared another economic program, that “Sektör Dosyası” which Turkey’s leading company owners and CEO’s share their knowledge and experience.
In 2011, Buse transfered from her career in economy to being a news anchor, presented top rated shows suhc as ”Gün Başlıyor” “Gün Ortası” “Güne Bakış” “Akşam Haberleri” “Akşam Raporu” and main news bulletins. She also prepared and presented a discussion program its “Enine Boyuna”.
In December 2018, she transferred to Bloomberg sharing ne2w live daily between 5pm-7pm with the programs its “Günden Kalanlar” and “Kapanışa Dogru”.
Buse leads the strategic communication and media relations practice at the Strategic Advisory Services. She advises clients on corporate positioning, issue and crisis management, PR and media relations.
Ms. Biçer also teaches at Nişantası University and works as a master of ceremony at the gala openings and premieres at national and international meetings.
